Support for Employers

One of our key aims is to encourage the development of healthy and happy workplaces where employees are able to flourish and reach their full potential.

Taking a proactive approach to workforce wellbeing can pay big dividends for your business. It isn’t about a one-off wellbeing initiative – it’s about changing the way that business is done.

We provide free support and training to help you create a happier, healthier workplace, whatever your starting point.

  • Reduce absenteeism and improve productivity
  • Tap into what motivates and engages your employees
  • Create a working environment that is good for your employees and good for business.

We also offer a range of free support services for your staff team – wellbeing workshops that engage, motivate and inspire, and one to one support and therapy to help absentees return to work.

Our In Work Support Service is part-funded by European Social Funding through the Welsh Government. We aim to reduce absenteeism and improve wellbeing in businesses across Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Anglesey.

Managing Stress

A certain amount of stress can lead to optimum performance, but it can easily tip us over the edge, and is one of the leading causes of absence from work. We will find out more about the causes and effects of stress, and how to develop strategies for keeping control

Helping you reduce absence

We offer one-to-one support and rapid access to therapy to help employed or self-employed people return to work from sickness absence. In Work Support is 100% free and confidential – people can simply refer themselves to the service by making a phone call to our team.

I was able to get back to work almost immediately. Everyone involved seemed to really ‘care’. I cannot praise it enough.

I don’t doubt for a moment that I would not have been able to remain in work or resolve the issues as quickly without the support received.
