“Kick-start your employees by attending a one-day event to showcase the value of Positive Psychology in the workplace, held on 8th November, 2018 from 9am to 3pm at Venue Cymru in Llandudno. Specifically, Positive Psychology is the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals, communities or organisations to thrive. Bangor University has worked alongside Rhyl City Strategy. over a number of years to develop interventions designed to improve workplace wellbeing. The purpose of this one-day event is to allow you to learn the value of Positive Psychology in the workplace, introduce you to short, light-touch interventions and give you the opportunity to partake in an “open-table” discussion to have your say to develop a toolkit to improve wellbeing in the workplace. You will also have the unique opportunity to sign-up to future research opportunities.

Our Workplace Wellbeing workshops are aimed at managers, team leaders and employers from businesses with between 1-250 staff who are looking to improve workplace wellbeing. Participating businesses must be based in Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd or Anglesey.

Our ground-breaking new programme is a fun and interactive six week course using a mix of positive psychology and behaviour change techniques to improve wellbeing, resilience, motivation and employability.
